Cactus & Co will exchange items if returned within 14 days of receipt for Australian orders, 21 days for international orders - any items returned outside of this time frame will not be accepted. All returns must be sent to Shop 10/450 The Esplanade, Warners Bay NSW 2282
Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Once Cactus & Co has received your returned package, you will be notified via email confirming your return. We reserve the right to deny your refund if items are returned used, or damaged in any way. Please note that no two leathers are dyed the same, and colour variances can occur between each batch. Hide marks are not considered a fault. We also have a 3 Month Warranty period on all of our pieces. *Please note this excludes noticeable fair wear and tear*
Sale, discounted, and discount coupon items are marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
The cost of returns shipping is at the customer's expense. Please allow up to 5 business days for a refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card the payment had originally come from.
Cactus & Co will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or lost in transit - we recommend using a traceable method of delivery.
